As a Lot Attendant, you'll play an important role in maintaining the appearance of our inventory, supporting dealership operations, and ensuring our lots are organized, safe, and customer-ready. Requirements- Ability to follow directions and work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Self-motivated with the initiative to complete tasks independently
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to assist where needed
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to safely operate and move a variety of vehicles
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Maintain the appearance of new and used vehicle inventory by cleaning interiors and exteriors, replenishing fluids, and replacing batteries as needed
- Move, organize, and stage vehicles throughout the lot to maintain dealership display standards
- Install buyer guides, stock tags, and key tags on inventory
- Shuttle vehicles between the sales lot, service department, and parking areas
- Assist with lot maintenance, including snow removal, sidewalk upkeep, and dealership event setup
- Support the sales and service teams with additional duties as assigned
- Starting pay of $16/hour
