** About the job
** Are you the type of person who builds Claude dashboards for your local Survivor club? Built an app to coordinate groceries with your spouse? In this job, you will:
* ** Partner with Growth.
** You'll work most closely with our Growth team to expand the mission of TPO.
* ** Build our CDP.
** Your first priority will be to build and maintain a new customer data platform.

*** 3+ years of experience, with a preference for full-stack or back-end development expertise
* Dev Ops experience
* AI workflow integration, with an emphasis on security
* Passion for TPO's mission
* Proximity to Iowa City, Iowa (well, technically Tiffin...)
** Compensation & benefits*** $77,000 to $133,000 compensation, depending on experience
