Highlights- Serve as the key finance partner to plant leadership and operations
- Own plant financials, close, KPIs, and operational reporting
- Lead standard costing, inventory, and manufacturing variance analysis
- Key role in the company's ERP transformation
- Partner on Cap Ex, project accounting, and operational investments
- Lead and develop the plant accounting team
- Significant growth potential within a PE-backed organization
They're looking for a hands-on finance leader with strong manufacturing, plant accounting, and cost accounting experience who can be a true business partner to operations.
