Channel Distribution Auditor

Responsibilities

• Support Reservation Coordinators at TI in all aspects of online bookings
• Assist with maintaining the website administrative system with hotel promotions for transient, wholesale, convention and travel agents for TI
• Monitor and maintain rate parity, room allotment and rate availability across all distribution channels
• Monitor and audit bookings across all distribution channels to ensure reservation accuracy across all distribution channels
• Effectively communicate with team members in group and one-on-one setting
• Provide constant communication of information to the staff on changes at the property or in the department
• Send guest correspondence as needed
• Perform other duties as deemed necessary for the success of the department

• Strong people skills with the ability to relate to employee situations necessary
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required
• Creative problem solving with the ability to anticipate, recognize, evaluate and resolve potential difficulties a must
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects necessary
• Proficient with computer software including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the Internet
• Must be detail oriented and self-motivated; able to start and finish projects with limited supervision
• Flexible schedule a must
• Prepared to work, days, nights, weekends and holidays
• Two years’ group, wholesale reservation experience in Room Reservations or Front Desk preferred
• One year of accounting/finance experience preferred
