Job Description
  • Support department by performing various clerical duties such as creating reports, maintaining departmental files, payroll, researching and placing orders for Food and Beverage team.
  • Type correspondence and reports accurately.
  • File according to standard filing systems: alphabetically, numerically, and categorically.
  • Organize and/or purge files in file cabinets, office supplies, storage areas and/or library reference materials according to specific instructions.
  • Maintain a high degree of confidentiality in all matters.
  • Monday – Friday day shift position with weekends as needed.
Qualifications
  • Six (6) months of related experience preferred.
  • Must have excellent customer service, verbal, and written skills.
  • Must be able to multi-task and be detail-oriented.
  • Must be computer literate, able to type 45 wpm and be familiar with the operation of standard office equipment.
  • Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
