This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with basic computer skills who is eager to learn and grow within a leading company.
Responsibilities:- Manage and organize physical and electronic files.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, such as scanning, copying, and faxing.
- Maintain office supply inventory and place orders as needed.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills are required, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- A proactive and positive attitude.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
