Technician - B

We are looking for a skilled Technician B to perform diagnostics, intermediate maintenance tasks, and advanced OEM training to provide high quality automotive service and repair.

$20.00/hr - $40.00/hr

• Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on a wide range of vehicles
• Conduct intermediate maintenance and repair tasks according to OEM standards
• Maintain productivity and meet service requirements
• Adapt to changing technologies and processes in the automotive industry
• Communicate effectively with the service team and customers to provide updates and recommendations
• Solve complex automotive problems and provide long-term solutions for customer satisfaction
• Maintain adherence to OEM training and resources to ensure all repairs are done accurately and efficiently
• Commit to continuous training to achieve the highest level of certification and expertise
• Operate diagnostic and repair software and systems with efficiency and accuracy
• Additional duties as assigned.

Reports to Service Manager

• Intermediate knowledge of vehicle diagnostics and maintenance
• Bring personal tools necessary for the job
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Valid Driver’s License required
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team
• Proficiency in computer skills and automotive diagnostic software
• Must have personal tools for the job
• Willingness to complete ongoing OEM and ASE certifications
• Self-motivated and dedicated to providing excellent customer service
