Responsibilities

  • Lead initial client interaction and information gathering
  • Manage multiply company emails and answer phone calls
  • Manage office operations and assist staff
  • Oversee rental properties and manage related communications and bookkeeping
  • Enter receipts, invoices, credits, and handle accounts payable
  • Perform weekly payroll tasks
  • Conduct monthly reconciliations, journal entries, and project closeouts
  • Prepare reports, manage sales tax reporting, and effectively use Quick Books Online

Qualifications

  • Proven bookkeeping experience, preferably in construction
  • Proficiency in Quick Books Online and other relevant accounting software
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
  • A.A. in Accounting or 3+ years of bookkeeping experience preferred
