Reporting to the QLD Warehouse Manager, you will assist the day‑to‑day operational requirements of the Brisbane Distribution Unit. As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and organised operation of our warehouse facility.

• Coordinate and oversee daily warehouse operations with forklift operators to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and receivables.
• General administration duties including RF scanning, printing, manifesting delivery notes, WMS inventory control, and stocktaking.
• Perform regular inventory controls and keep standards high for audits.
• Ensure the yard is a safe working environment and optimise space utilisation.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards throughout the warehouse and yard.
• Ensure quality service standards are compliant with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist WH Manager with the operations of a purposely built timber treatment plant.
• Manual handling of timber and materials at times.

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Coordinator or Operations is essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in a regulated or lean manufacturing industry.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong experience with inventory software and control systems.
• Forklift license essential.
• First Aid license desirable.
