Manager, Part Sales at Winnebago Industries

Winnebago Outdoors, based in Forest City, IA, is seeking a process driven, customer-focused leader to join our Customer Experience team as Manager of Part Sales. In this critical role, you will lead and optimize the full lifecycle of part sales operations – including parts ordering, fulfillment, pricing strategy, inventory coordination, dealer and customer support, and continuous improvement initiatives. Guided by our mission to "Serve, Solve, Simplify" you will champion a service-oriented culture, strengthen dealer partnerships, improve part sales delivery, and ultimately enhance the dealer and customer experience with Winnebago while driving revenue growth.

The Role Part Sales Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and implement part sales strategies to meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies that balance profit and revenue growth.
  • Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer and dealer part inquiries.
Process Ownership
  • Own and continuously improve all part sales processes, including order intake, fulfillment, returns, and warranty coordination.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline workflows and eliminate friction points.
  • Partner with supply chain, warehouse, and finance teams to optimize inventory levels.
  • Develop and implement processes for forecasting and demand planning for service parts.
  • Monitor part availability and proactively address shortages or delays; collaborating with procurement and/or suppliers as needed.
Leadership
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to leadership.
  • Use data to drive decisions and support strategic initiatives.
  • Develop team capabilities and facilitate team training as needed.
Requirements/Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in part sales, operations, or customer service leadership.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in related field;
    Business, Supply Chain, or Operations preferred.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, ERP systems (D365 preferred), and inventory management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive process improvements.
  • Familiarity with technical service, warranty systems, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools preferred.
