Location: Grimes

We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable person who would like to teach and care for young children!

Shifts available

2:30 - 3:30 pm - 6:00 pm Monday through Friday

No Weekends!

Pay

$12 - $16, depending on experience

Teaching
  • Assist in planning and implementing age-appropriate curriculum.
  • General everyday cleanup after activities and snack and complete cleanup check list at the end of the night.
  • Treat children with compassion, dignity and respect.
  • Communicate in a professional manner with parent, staff and management.
  • Establish a positive image as a role model for our children and families.
  • Responsible for a nightly chore around the center and help on assigned laundry day.
  • Dress in a professional service manner.
  • Follows all Little Endeavors policies.
  • Respect the policy of the children and family's confidentiality.

  • Is tactful with negative information.
  • Maintain communication with morning staff.
  • Maintain communication with the director.

    • Completes all DHS requirements on trainings, background checks and physical in a timely manner after being hired or annually.
