Five-- Teacher

We are currently seeking a caring individual to fill a Lead 5-Year-Old Teacher Position. This staff will be in charge of lesson planning, daily activities, and prepping children for Kindergarten in their classroom. Starting pay is $11-$14 an hour based on experience. The ideal candidate would be someone who has previous experience in a preschool classroom and has a strong sense of professionalism.

We are willing to train the right candidate.

$1000 Bonus after 90 days.

The ideal team member would be someone who possesses the following qualities:

• Ability to take care of children between the ages of 6 weeks to 11 years of age
• A strong sense of professionalism, and ability to communicate
• Exceptional reliability and willingness to learn new things
• Ability to plan and execute curriculum
• Most of all, the ideal candidate would have a passion for educating and caring for children. We are the first educators these children meet, and we are responsible for engaging their minds and providing them with love and nurturing for a bright future.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Completing and maintaining DHS required trainings and following all DHS regulations
• Supervising children and ensuring their safety
• Cleaning in the classroom and completing other daily chores
• Following a daily schedule
• Creating and implementing lesson plans and activities
