Three-- Preschool Teacher

We are currently seeking a caring individual to fill a Lead 3-Year-Old Teacher Position. This staff member will be in charge of lesson planning, daily activities, and preparing children for Kindergarten in their classroom. Starting pay is $11-$14 an hour based on experience. The ideal candidate would have previous experience in a preschool classroom and possess a strong sense of professionalism.

We are willing to train the right candidate.

$1000 Bonus after 90 days.

The ideal team member would possess the following qualities:

• Ability to care for children between the ages of 6 weeks to 11 years
• A strong sense of professionalism and good communication skills
• Exceptional reliability and willingness to learn
• Ability to plan and execute curriculum
• A passion for educating and caring for children, as we are the first educators these children meet. We are responsible for engaging their minds and providing love and nurturing for a bright future.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Completing and maintaining DHS required trainings and following all DHS regulations
• Supervising children and ensuring their safety
• Cleaning in the classroom and completing daily chores
• Following a daily schedule
• Creating and implementing lesson plans and activities
