FCS Family Support Worker

• 80 hours of vacation time after 90 days of employment

• Provide family transportation and facilitate family interactions.
• Provide necessary crisis intervention services.
• Coordinate and schedule interactions and meetings with families and FCS team members.
• Write and submit case specific documentation as required.

High School Diploma with 1-year experience with children/adult dependents preferred, or an associate degree with 6 months of experience, or a bachelor's degree in human services or a related field. Must work independently, handle emergencies, and meet deadlines. Strong verbal and written communication skills required. Access to reliable internet or ability to work from an office is needed. Must be willing to drive extensively for client meetings and transportation.

Valid driver's license, auto insurance with liability coverage, and a safe driving record required. Candidates with diverse backgrounds and multilingual skills are encouraged to apply!
