As a Designer on our Staples Promotional Products Creative Art team, you’ll create original, visually compelling graphic designs for T-shirts and promotional products, ranging from moderately complex to highly intricate projects. You will serve as a brand ambassador for assigned accounts, including some of the largest enterprise clients, by mastering brand guidelines and visual identity systems to ensure all deliverables meet strict standards.

This role involves developing new logos, layouts, and customer concepts, and leading team members on creative projects from start to finish. You’ll collaborate closely with sales, account managers, merchandising, and production teams to execute designs that maximize brand recognition and drive business objectives. Staying current on design trends and retail graphics, you’ll also contribute innovative ideas in creative sessions and take full accountability for your projects.

You offer a unique blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and technical expertise. Your ability to transform ideas into impactful designs will help elevate our clients’ brands and drive results. You combine deep knowledge of design principles, trend awareness, and strong business acumen to deliver solutions that resonate with audiences. Beyond aesthetics, you demonstrate adaptability, problem-solving skills, and independent decision-making, balancing creativity with business impact.

• Associates degree in a creative/design or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of relevant experience, in a designer or creative role
• Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.

• 3+ years of experience in decoration/promotional industry preferred
