Description

Associate Dentist
Sanborn | Iowa Dental Associates
Sanborn, Iowa

We’re looking for an Associate Dentist who would enjoy making Sanborn their professional home—someone who values familiar faces, personal connections, and the opportunity to make a difference through everyday patient care.

In our Sanborn office, we want to build relationships that last. We’re seeking a doctor who enjoys getting to know the person behind the appointment, takes pride in helping patients feel at ease, and wants to become a trusted part of the community.

Your Place in Our Office

Your role extends beyond the treatment you provide. You’ll help set the tone for our patients and team through your kindness, communication, and willingness to work together. We welcome your ideas and want to understand the kind of practice experience you hope to create.

As a Dentist, you will:

  • Provide comprehensive care that supports patients’ long-term oral health.
  • Take time to listen, explain treatment options, and answer questions.
  • Build trust with patients who may feel anxious or uncertain about dental care.
  • Partner with our team to create a comfortable, welcoming office experience.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and uphold high standards of care.
A Local Connection with Support Across IDA

You’ll have the opportunity to build your career in Sanborn while connecting with experienced doctors throughout Iowa Dental Associates. Mentorship, clinical collaboration, and ongoing learning can help you grow your skills while contributing to the care available in the community.

Requirements What We’re Looking For
  • DDS or DMD degree.
  • Active Iowa dental license or eligibility to obtain licensure before starting.
  • A friendly, compassionate approach to patient care.
  • A collaborative attitude and appreciation for the entire dental team.
  • Interest in building lasting connections with patients and the Sanborn community.
