  • Average ED Volume: 4 patients per day

  • Average Inpatient Census: 4 patients

  • Observation, acute, and swing bed

• Patient Population Served: 4,360

• Emergency Department: 3 treatment rooms

• Inpatient Beds: 20 medical-surgical beds

  Staffing & Support

  • Advanced Practice Providers: 4

  • APP Supervision

  • Nursing Support: 2 RNs for all services

  • Ancillary Staff: 1 CNA per provider

  Facility Description

  The hospital features a 3-bed Emergency Department and a 20-bed medical-surgical unit. Additional services include laboratory, radiology, rehabilitation services, infusion services, and ambulatory surgery.

  Required Qualifications (No Exceptions)

  • Board Certified ABEM or FP/IM with recent EM experience - Required

  • Active Iowa license or active IMLC - Required

  • Clean malpractice and background history - Required
