• 25-bed critical access hospital and primary care clinic that cares for 12,000 residents of Hancock County and the surrounding area
• Level IV Area Trauma Care Facility
• Affiliate of Mercy One North Iowa, a Level III Trauma Center and regional referral teaching center

• $301,290 base salary
• 34 days of PTO when on base; 40 days PTO when on production

Graduate of a medical/osteopathic medical school is required. Demonstrated competency as a physician by completion of an appropriate residency program; board certified or board eligible. Must be able to obtain Mercy Medical Center-North Iowa medical staff privileges. Above average communication skills. Ability to work with a team. Licensed or eligible for State of Iowa physician license;

Iowa Controlled Substance Certificate and Federal DEA Certificate.
