- Lab, x-ray, ultrasound including Echo, pain management, OP geriatric psych, behavioral health therapy, sleep, MRI, CT, mammography, surgery, nuclear med, PT, RT, OT, ST and ER all on site
- 25-bed critical access hospital and primary care clinic that cares for 12,000 residents of Hancock County and the surrounding area
- Level IV Area Trauma Care Facility
- Affiliate of Mercy One North Iowa, a Level III Trauma Center and regional referral teaching center

- BC/BE Must be board certified within 3 years of becoming eligible
- $150,000 bonus package
- $301,290 base salary
- 34 days of PTO when on base; 40 days PTO when on production
- Annual CME-$4,000

QUALIFICATIONS:Graduate of a medical/osteopathic medical school is required. Demonstrated competency as a physician by completion of an appropriate residency program; board certified or board eligible. Must be able to obtain Mercy Medical Center-North Iowa medical staff privileges. Above average communication skills. Ability to work with a team. Licensed or eligible for State of Iowa physician license;
Iowa Controlled Substance Certificate and Federal DEA Certificate.
