Mercy One Dyersville Medical Center is looking for an Emergency Medicine Physician to fill their full-time need!
Schedule- Shifts per month: 3 - 24 hour shifts/payperiod (minimum)
- Shift length: 24 hours; 7a-7a (occasionally 12 hour shifts)
- On Call: in-house coverage (provider sleep room available)

- Lab & Pharmacy: Yes
- Patient Population: Dyersville, a city in eastern Delaware County and western Dubuque County. Population approx. 4,360.
- Services offered in the practice: Critical Access Hospital with a 3-bed Emergency Department, 20-bed medical-surgical department. Outpatient services include laboratory, radiology, rehabilitation, infusion, and ambulatory surgery.
- Flights - $750/round trip cap (to include all taxes and fees). No upgraded airfares or seat upgrades
- Lodging - 1.5x the GSA rate cap average for the total stay (to include taxes and fees)
- Rental Car - $55/day cap (including all taxes and fees) regardless of car class. SUV/upgrades over cap will need to be preapproved (will only be approved if needed for inclement weather)
- Mileage - IRS Standard Rate
- Malpractice (must be included in the rates)

- Hourly ($173 rate cap)

- Conversion fee ($25k rate cap)
