Seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join a busy, well-supported outpatient practice in Forest City, Iowa, replacing a retiring provider. Practice Overview:
Traditional outpatient family medicine practice
Join a team of 3 experienced ARNPsCall is 1:6 weeks-phone-only with minimal call duties
On-site services include Lab, X-Ray, EKG, behavioral health, and family counseling
Supported by tenured RNs and experienced office staff
Specialist outreach available (Orthopedics, Podiatry)
Telemedicine and teleradiology capabilities Compensation & Benefits:
Highly competitive compensation structure2-year income guarantee of $290,100/year $150,000 bonus package
Up to $15,000 relocation allowance
Paid malpractice with tail coverage
