This role offers the opportunity to practice within an integrated, team-based model while contributing to the continued growth and strengthening of our organization and the communities we serve.
What We Expect Clinically
Our providers deliver comprehensive, high-level care with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement. Providers represent Infinity Health with professionalism and a positive brand presence, supporting value-based care, population health initiatives, and coordinated services across disciplines.
Infinity Health is building a culture of trust, and we seek providers who live our values daily. This includes demonstrating respect for patients and colleagues, practicing with integrity in every interaction, and maintaining a deep commitment to the organization’s mission. Ideal candidates exhibit compassion, accept feedback with humility, respect diverse perspectives, and remain teachable and open to coaching.
