The Manson Northwest Webster School District is seeking a Spanish Foreign Language teacher for our 7-12 building, located in Manson, Iowa, approximately 30 minutes east of Fort Dodge and an hour and a half north of Ames.

• Implement district and state-approved curriculum to facilitate student success and growth.
• Document teaching activities, student progress, and outcomes.
• Create a flexible, safe, and engaging learning environment tailored to individual student needs.
• Provide feedback to students, parents, and administration regarding progress, expectations, and goals.
• Build strong, positive relationships with students and families.
• Apply knowledge of the MTSS framework.
• Develop and deliver lesson plans that maximize learning opportunities for all students.
• Differentiate instruction and provide meaningful feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of grades, attendance, and student achievement.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through seminars, workshops, or research.

Must have a 5-12 Foreign Language certification from the Iowa Board of Educational Examiners.
