Captive Aire Systems, Inc. is seeking a plant engineer to maintain and improve production at our West Union, IA facility. You will work on multiple products and equipment on the manufacturing floor, collaborating with operators and cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and quality.
The role requires a 4-year technical degree in electrical/electronics or mechanical fields, and strong mechanical/electrical engineering skills. AutoCAD experience is a must; internship experience is a plus.
