The RoleThe Cage Cashier is responsible for accurately and promptly handling money transfers for guests and providing outstanding guest service to internal and external guests.
Responsibilities- Ensure consistent high-quality service to all our team members and guests.
- Accountable for an assigned cashier bank during their shift and must balance at the end of their shift.
- Execute monetary transactions for guests.
- Money handling accuracy.
- Accurately complete necessary paperwork associated with the position.
- Comply with all IRGC rules and regulations, as well as federal, state, and local guidelines.
- Assist guests with player's club accounts.
- Must be friendly and courteous at all times.
- Must be able to apply customer service standards as directed.
- Able to satisfactorily complete assignable work requested by the Shift Manager.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Must possess excellent teamwork, interpersonal, customer service, written and verbal communication skills.
- Requires the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Must be able to maintain a flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain an Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission Class C license.
- Must have a professional demeanor and presence with the ability to interact with guests and team members in the Company.
- Able to effectively communicate verbally and written in English.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain an Iowa Racing & Gaming Commission License.
