Location:
Slater, IA (In-Office) | $70,000–$85,000 base + 15% performance bonus
Clear path to Lead Advisor within ~2 years.
We’ve partnered with a high‑performing wealth advisory team known for delivering exceptional client service, personalized financial guidance, and a supportive, growth‑minded culture. Due to an internal advancement, the team is adding a Financial Advisor to support a growing client base in the market.
This role is ideal for a rising financial professional who wants to learn directly from seasoned advisors, gain hands‑on planning experience, and grow toward a full advisory role. If you’re detail‑oriented, client‑focused, and hungry to develop your career, this role offers the perfect environment to thrive.
Skill‑building- Plan, service, operations, and client meetings from day one.
- Leadership invests in your growth and long‑term success.
- Help clients make decisions that improve their lives and futures.
- Join client meetings alongside senior advisors and document key follow‑up items.
- Assist in building and updating financial plans, proposals, and supporting materials.
- Manage client workflows, tasks, and communication in the firm’s CRM.
- Maintain a seamless end‑to‑end client experience — from preparation to follow‑through.
- Communicate professionally with clients by phone, email, and in person.
- Complete required licensing (Life & Health, Series 7 & 63) with full support and training.
- 1+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, insurance, or banking.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship‑building skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, client‑first approach.
- Desire to earn advanced credentials (CFP® encouraged within 2 years).
- High integrity, strong follow‑through, and enthusiasm for learning and advancement.
