As a Physical Therapist (PT) for Key Rehab, you will:

• Evaluate each patient, create treatment plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to help patients reach their goals.
• Supervise PTAs within the facilities.
• Work in both Home Health and SNF settings on a weekend schedule, which can reduce the need for childcare at home.

• Accredited
  
  Education:
  
  Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist program.
• Active Licensure:
  Current PT license in the state of practice.
• Ethical Compliance:
  Adherence to Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct, as well as state and federal regulations.

• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills:
  Efficiently manage tasks and address challenges with effective solutions.
• Flexibility and team collaboration:
  Adaptable to changing situations and committed to working seamlessly within a team environment.
• Exceptional communication:
  Outstanding oral and written communication skills for clear and effective interaction with patients and colleagues.
• Experience with geriatric population:
  Prior experience working with elderly patients, demonstrating an understanding of their unique needs.
• Knowledge of Medicare billing regulations:
  Familiarity with current Medicare billing practices and guidelines.
