Description of the roleThe Resident Assistant at Arlington Place at Grundy Center plays a vital role in providing assistance and support to residents in our community. They are responsible for ensuring the well‑being and safety of all residents while fostering a warm and inviting environment.
Responsibilities- Assist residents with daily activities such as meal preparation, medication reminders, and personal care.
- Coordinate and participate in recreational and social activities.
- Monitor and report any changes in residents' health or behavior.
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment.
- Prior experience in healthcare or senior living preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Must be compassionate, patient, and reliable.
The compensation for this role is $16.00 per day, paid semi‑monthly. In addition, we offer a supportive work environment and opportunities for professional development.
