One Vision is excited to offer a 12-hour shift model designed with work-life balance in mind. We are currently hiring Full-Time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for our Back-End Day Schedule
, supporting individuals in our Clear Lake homes.

What You'll Do

• As a DSP, you'll provide direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by:
• Assisting with daily living tasks: hygiene, housekeeping, cooking, laundry, and medications.
• Encouraging independence and personal growth.
• Supporting community involvement and recreational activities.
• Driving individuals to appointments and outings.
• Completing accurate documentation using electronic systems.
• Supporting individual financial responsibilities and grocery shopping.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required—we provide paid training.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility support.
• Comfortable using a computer or device for documentation.
• Must pass background checks and health screenings.
• Willing to complete all required job training and certifications.
• This is a safety-sensitive position.
