• Assist in implementing customized occupational therapy programs under the direction of an Occupational Therapist.
• Help patients regain strength and independence in daily activities through targeted therapy exercises.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals and at‑home exercises.
• Ensure patients feel supported and comfortable throughout their therapy sessions.

• State of Iowa Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant License
• Experience preferred – we’re willing to invest in new graduates

Base pay range: $63,000.00/yr – $83,000.00/yr
