The Occupational Therapist will conduct necessary evaluations as ordered and determines the rehabilitative goals for each resident based on the resident's needs relative to their physical and mental level of functioning. Determines each resident’s treatment goals and monitors the maintenance of optimum levels of functioning. Maintains the necessary and required documentation which shall include evaluations, re-evaluations, progress notes, treatment plans and goals, discharge summaries, billing documentation, reports required by insurance carriers with the contractual requirement with the facility and other related reports that will need to be submitted in a timely manner.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, have a current Iowa State Board License as Occupational Therapist. One (1) year of experience as an Occupational Therapist is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
