Location: Estherville
RN Clinical Supervisor – Elmore, MN
IDS Health, Inc is seeking a full‑time Clinical Supervisor for our Elmore Assisted Living facility. The position includes days, every other weekend, and on‑call rotation. Salary: $120,000 – $135,000 annually.
Responsibilities- Supervise care teams and coordinate resident health care.
- Conduct resident assessments and develop care plans.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Manage on‑call rotation and provide leadership during weekend coverage.
- Registered Nurse license required.
- Proven leadership experience in assisted living or long‑term care.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to evaluate residents.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competitive salary of $120,000–$135,000.
