Back End Direct Support Professional - Osage

Full‑Time Direct Support Professional (Back‑End Days) – Osage, IA – 36 hrs per week (Thursday to Saturday shifts, 12 hours each) – $714 per week ($17.00/hr)

One Vision is hiring Direct Support Professionals for our new 12‑hour night shift schedule in Osage homes. This schedule offers work‑life balance with three consecutive night shifts followed by the rest of the week free.

• Provide support with daily living needs (meals, hygiene, housekeeping, and medications)
• Encourage independence, self‑confidence, and personal growth
• Support community involvement and recreational activities
• Drive individuals to appointments, outings, and events
• Keep clear and accurate documentation using electronic systems
• Assist with finances, grocery shopping, and household responsibilities

• Compassion, reliability, and a positive attitude
• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and support mobility as needed
• Comfortable using a computer/device for documentation
• Ability to pass background checks and health screenings
• Willing to complete required job training and certifications
