What does a Property Guest Services Assistant do?

As a Part-Time Property Guest Services Assistant at the Girl Scouts of Eastern IA and Western IL, you will play a vital role in maintaining our welcoming environment by ensuring that guest spaces are thoroughly cleaned and ready for new visitors. Your responsibilities will include cleaning outdoor units, cabins, lodges, and restrooms: sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming rugs, and sanitizing toilets, sinks, showers, and mirrors.

You will also diligently wipe down surfaces, empty trash, and remove any leftover items to guarantee a pristine setting. Additionally, restocking all supplies in guest areas—such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, cleaning products, trash liners, and other hospitality items—will be essential to uphold our commitment to exceptional customer service.
