The Facilities Supervisor oversees all maintenance and/or housekeeping operations and provides outstanding guest service to internal and external guests.

• Ensure consistent high‑quality service to all team members and guests.
• Review maintenance and housekeeping activities with the Facilities Manager.
• Monitor staffing levels to ensure budgetary compliance.
• Issue disciplinary action as needed.
• Produce reports as required.

• Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, customer service, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexible work schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays.
• Valid Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission Class C license.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Professional demeanor and presence to interact with guests and team members.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
• At least two years of maintenance and/or environmental services experience in a large facility or plant.
• Excellent guest service skills to effectively deal with guests (preferred).
