We are looking to add an upbeat Front Desk Agent to manage all aspects of hotel guest accommodation. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, issuing room keys, managing reservations, and providing information about rooms, rates, and amenities.

• Perform check-in and check-out tasks
• Manage reservations via online and phone
• Inform guests about payment methods and verify credit card data
• Register guests and collect necessary information
• Welcome guests and assign rooms
• Provide hotel information and amenities
• Respond to guest complaints professionally
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure room readiness
• Confirm group reservations and assist VIP guests and event attendees
• Upsell additional services when appropriate
• Maintain records of bookings and payments

• Experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent or similar role
• Experience with reservation software like OnQ or Opera
• Customer service skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
