• Clean and service guest rooms according to established standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies.
• Ensure all guest amenities and linens are stocked and properly maintained.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of linen closets, storage areas, supply rooms and service carts.
• Follow safety and sanitation policies to ensure a healthy environment for guests and staff.
• Assist guests with inquiries and requests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding confidentiality and security.
• Document completed tasks and communicate with the housekeeping team to ensure efficiency.
• Assist with deep cleaning projects and special cleaning assignments as needed.

• Previous experience in hospitality or cleaning services preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Physical stamina and mobility to perform cleaning duties and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
