We are seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. This role is vital in ensuring our guests experience a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment during their stay. Key Responsibilities- Clean and service guest rooms according to established standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies.
- Ensure all guest amenities and linens are stocked and properly maintained.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of linen closets, storage areas, supply rooms and service carts.
- Follow safety and sanitation policies to ensure a healthy environment for guests and staff.
- Assist guests with inquiries and requests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding confidentiality and security.
- Document completed tasks and communicate with the housekeeping team to ensure efficiency.
- Assist with deep cleaning projects and special cleaning assignments as needed.
- Previous experience in hospitality or cleaning services preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Physical stamina and mobility to perform cleaning duties and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
