Experience: Staffing industry recruiting experience, with a focus on manufacturing or production roles, is required.

Array Corporation is seeking a Recruiter to join a growing and dynamic team!

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing and production positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and priorities.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using multiple recruiting channels.
• Develop and post job advertisements to attract qualified talent.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within applicant tracking systems.
• Support hiring processes from initial contact through the offer stage.
• Build strong talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs.

• Proven experience recruiting within the staffing industry.
• Experience supporting manufacturing and production hiring initiatives.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
