What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Drive and manage the full life cycle recruiting process, including requisitions and job postings
  • Exceed recruiting metrics related to sourcing, interviewing, and hiring while ensuring compliance
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to align recruiting strategies with business goals
  • Develop a recruiting brand and maintain a sourcing library of creative collateral
  • Collaborate with other recruiters to share best practices and implement region-wide objectives
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of full life cycle recruiting experience, preferably in sales/marketing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including MS Excel, and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment plans and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Agency/Search firm experience in recruitment
  • Experience in sales/marketing recruitment
  • Demonstrated success in proactive recruiting and networking skills
  • Ability to influence and work within a matrix organization
  • Flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed
