Senior Data Analyst

The Data Analyst occupies an essential role within our data-driven organization, collaborating with product, tech, and marketing teams while reporting to the Business Intelligence Lead. The primary purpose of this role is to support stakeholders in making informed decisions by proactively identifying challenges and opportunities through data analysis, leading to tangible and positive impacts on the business.

• Work closely with stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical solutions.
• Analyze data using statistical methods and visualization to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Define, track, and improve KPIs aligned with business objectives.
• Provide clear, data-driven recommendations to support decision-making.
• Suggest and evaluate product and business experiments.
• Ensure data availability, quality, and effective data usage across teams.
• Contribute to the design and maintenance of analytical data models (in collaboration with the Analytics Engineer).
• Support ETL processes and data transformations required for analysis.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses with a strong focus on accuracy and relevance.
• Actively contribute to improving team workflows, tools, and analytical processes.
• Mentor junior team members when required.

• 4+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python and Tableau
• Knowledge in R, Jupyter, or similar languages is beneficial
• Strong understanding of databases, data modelling and data integration.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Familiarity with git, docker, or dbt is desirable.
• Background or familiarity in Data Science projects (ML, pattern recognition, forecasting, fraud detection, etc.) is a strong plus.
• Experience in the AdTech industry or in mobile app analytics is a plus.
