** Job Description
** The Data Analytics and Insights Lead will be responsible for executing advanced analytics to analyze complex data and deliver actionable insights that drive business decisions. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise who can bridge the gap between data and business needs.
Key Responsibility
** Advanced Analytics & Insights
*** Analyze large and complex data sets to identify, interpret, and communicate trends, patterns, and opportunities.
* Apply statistical and predictive modeling techniques to support business strategies.
* Design, build, and implement well-governed, structured reporting and dashboard capabilities.
** Business Problem Solving
*** Partner with stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of business problems and define the key questions to be answered using data.
* Translate business requirements into analytical solutions that deliver measurable impact.
** Communication & Influence
*** Effectively communicate technical analyses, insights, and recommendations to business leaders and non-technical stakeholders.
* Serve as a subject matter expert for the assigned business unit, advising on data-driven decision-making.
** Collaboration & Governance
*** Ensure data integrity, quality, and compliance with governance standards.
** Required
Skills & Qualifications
*** Strong proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, SQL Developer, and Python or R.
* Proven experience in analyzing complex data sets and delivering actionable insights.
* Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into analytical solutions.
* Strong communication and storytelling skills to present insights to senior leadership.
** Preferred Qualifications
*** Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
* Knowledge of machine learning, predictive analytics, and advanced statistical techniques.
* Expertise in dashboard development and data visualization best practices.
** Experience
* ** 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role.

* * Compensation offered for this role is 85,600. annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
