Position: Staff Software Engineer (Healthcare Interoperability, HL7/FHIR)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Architect, design, and develop a cloud‑based Clinical Interoperability platform using Go on AWS infrastructure
  • Integrate third‑party interface engines to enable data exchange between healthcare systems, ensuring seamless interoperability
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare interoperability standards and regulations
  • Drive best practices in cloud architecture and implement CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring adherence to best practices in AWS development and cloud security
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an IT‑related field
  • Strong proficiency in Go programming language
  • Hands‑on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and relevant services
  • Deep expertise in healthcare interoperability standards, specifically HL7 and FHIR
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with third‑party interface engines such as Mirth, Cloverleaf, and Rhapsody
  • Strong understanding of clinical data exchange workflows and integration patterns
  • Ability to design and implement solutions that ensure compliance with interoperability standards and healthcare regulations
