Role Description
Kalona Cooperative Technology Company (KCTC) is growing—and we’re adding a Network Force Technician to our Network Force team in Washington to help fuel the expansion of our Managed IT / Residential IT, VoIP phone systems, security systems, and business network support.
This position is not a remote position and candidate will need to report to the office daily.

Responsibilities
- Install, support, and troubleshoot Managed IT and Residential IT services (workstations, Wi‑Fi, networks, devices, endpoint protection, backups, etc.)
- Install, configure, and support VoIP systems for homes and businesses (phones, features, call flows, troubleshooting)
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot security systems (cameras, networking, access and connectivity troubleshooting)
- Provide hands‑on support for business networking (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless, connectivity, performance issues)
- Troubleshoot and maintain customer technology services including internet, phone, TV, and business systems
- Maintain accurate documentation, notes, and records using KCTC software and tools
- Communicate clearly with customers—setting expectations, explaining solutions, and ensuring a great experience
