Channel Sales Manager – Trimble Inc.

Nodics or Baltics – Remote
Department: AECO – Architects, Engineers & Construction Owners
- Support strategic planning within a fast‑paced and dynamic partner ecosystem
- Acquire, retain and manage resellers and optimize their performance
- Generate revenue forecasts and determine reseller quotas
- Audit reseller capability and apply custom approaches to achieve your goals
- Measure reseller performance and implement incentive frameworks to improve it
- Work with partners to produce business and marketing plans
- Work closely with partner marketing teams to support demand‑generation activities
- Increase focus on account management to expand within mid‑sized companies
- Collaborate with Trimble teams to deliver localized assets for growth and retention
- 4+ years of experience in channel sales management
- Understanding of local marketing needs
- SaaS sales experience, including high‑value account management
- Strong negotiation skills
- Fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of current reseller channels in the AECO market is favorable
- Ability to travel when needed (approx. 20%)
