A leading agricultural and food production company is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician II to join its IT team and provide technical support across hardware, software, networking, security, and end-user systems.
Key Responsibilities- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, phones, tablets, printers, and network devices
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage technology inventory, user accounts, and permissions
- Perform system updates, maintenance, and security monitoring
- Support IT projects, technology improvements, and equipment lifecycle management
- Provide excellent customer service and technical support to end users
- Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
, or equivalent experience - 3+ years of IT technical support experience
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and IT security
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree,
CompTIA A+/Network+, Microsoft certifications, experience with MDM and VoIP systems
, or agricultural/food production software.
