We’re looking for an IT Technician to provide technical support and assistance to users of computer systems and networks within our organization.

The ideal candidate will be a reliable and detail-oriented problem-solver with a demonstrated ability to prioritize their workload to meet the needs of the business and internal customers. The IT Technician does not have direct reports and will report to the Purchasing/Inventory Control Manager.

With the use of digital tools, your experience, and industry standards you will…

• Resolve and track end user software/hardware computer problems and work with end users to identify technology needs that will help streamline their business processes
• Install, configure, maintain, support, and troubleshoot peripheral devices such as printers, scanners, mobile/smart phones related to desktop infrastructure in accordance with department standards
• Analyze, design, implement and upgrade e-mail systems, provide technical assistance to users, and troubleshoot as needed
• Provide support for all software changes/updates, corrective actions and new application installations
• Participate and assist in educating personnel on computers, error, and recovery application software usage
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

• Associate’s degree in information technology (or related field), or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
