Insurance Commercial Lines Account Manager

Join to apply for the Insurance Commercial Lines Account Manager role at Bank Midwest, One Place. Bank Midwest is seeking a full-time Account Manager in our beautiful new Spirit Lake facility. This position works closely with all producers and customers to provide excellent customer service.

• Work closely with agents to produce new accounts and retain existing commercial accounts.
• Provide prompt, efficient, high-quality service to designated accounts in support of producer and agency activities.
• Market commercial account renewals.
• Gather policy information as needed for renewals, changes, and quotations.
• Maintain strong business relationships with external vendors, including underwriting, claims, and accounting staff of the insurance carriers represented by Bank Midwest Insurance Services.
• Utilize the agency’s core systems; EPIC and insurance carrier sites.
• Handle calls, customer contact, and documentation within management system, producing binders, certificates, and related items; verify accuracy.

• Licensing in Property/Casualty and Life/Health a plus; however, we will assist in training to secure proper licensing.
• PC skills.
• Strong verbal/written communication skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong customer service focus and enjoy working in a team environment.
• Work experience in professional office setting is preferred.
