Operations Manager

Position Summary
Okoboji Wellness Clinic is seeking a dynamic and organized Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our growing wellness practice. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring exceptional patient experiences, supporting staff performance, maintaining operational efficiency, and driving continuous improvement across the clinic.

• Lead daily clinic operations and ensure smooth workflow across all departments.
• Support and develop employees through coaching, scheduling, onboarding, and performance management.
• Maintain high standards of patient service and address patient concerns professionally.
• Oversee facility operations, vendor relationships, inventory, and office systems.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and other applicable healthcare regulations.
• Coordinate staff meetings, projects, training initiatives, and employee engagement activities.
• Partner with ownership on strategic planning, operational improvements, and business growth initiatives.
• Support implementation of new services, technologies, and operational processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of leadership or operations management experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Healthcare or medical practice management experience preferred.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHRs) and healthcare compliance standards is a plus.
