• Starting pay: $20.00 – $28.34 per hour, based on experience
• Shift differential: $2 per hour for 2nd shift
• Pay increases every 6 months, based on performance

• Prime, paint and touch up vehicles using power spray equipment and brushes
• Sand, wash, and condition parts as necessary
• Inspect completed parts for quality and ensure component standards are met

• Six months of industrial painting experience
• Ability to read checklists, paint codes, safety logs, and other required documents
• Proficiency in painting in a single assigned area

• HS diploma or GED
• Automotive paint experience
• Willingness to train in multiple areas to obtain a Painter II level
