3rd Shift CNC Operator at PDM

Apply to join the PDM team as a 3rd Shift CNC Operator.

Our parts processor provides accurate measurements and precision cutting of parts with various technologies off of blueprints.

• Ability to read, receive and implement instructions
• Ability to review prints
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to determine angle/pitch from rise & run
• Must have basic understanding of angles
• Knowledge of cutting types – Band Saw, Torch, Plasma, and Shear
• Knowledge of notching, punching, and Press Brake functions
• Must be able to take and follow directions
• Ability to drive a forklift (certification preferred)
• Knowledge of different material types (e.g. carbon steel, stainless, and aluminum)
• Standing for long periods of time
• Due to production responsibilities, must lift up to 75 lbs

• Applicants must be able to walk and stand for extended periods, lift, push and pull up to 75 lbs, crawl on hands and knees, and climb a ladder
• Be able to work long hours
• This position works outdoors year-round and is subject to all weather conditions, including extreme cold and heat

High School Diploma

5+ years in a relevant area - mechanical, technical, painting, and/or machining experience.
