The Material Handler plays a vital role in supporting manufacturing and warehouse operations at Mallard Manufacturing, a Mac Lean-Fogg Company. This position ensures materials are accurately handled, inventory is maintained, and production teams have what they need to succeed. You’ll be part of a collaborative environment where your work directly impacts operational efficiency, product quality, and customer satisfaction.

• Position Type: Full-Time/Hourly (Non-Exempt)
• Pay Range: $18.25 – $18.83, based on skills and experience
• Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

• Process, pick, and load shipments accurately to meet delivery schedules.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload trucks to ensure safe material handling.
• Receive, stock, weigh, and pack inbound and outbound materials.
• Transport raw materials to work centers to support production flow.
• Use JDE, RFS, and RF systems to track and transact inventory movement.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and support cycle counts.
• Inspect, label, package, and organize materials to quality standards.
• Support overall warehouse efficiency through teamwork and flexibility.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Basic verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic math skills for counting and inventory accuracy.
• Problem-solving ability in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.

• 0–2 years of experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial environment.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment.
• Ability to push or pull objects up to 30 pounds.
• Manual dexterity to handle small parts and materials.
• Ability to work in a noisy manufacturing or warehouse environment.
